Finally!
OK, so I'm not necessarily doing "Body by Glamour". I may well be using some recipes from them, but I've sort of invented my own plan. We're halfway through Day 1, and so far, so good! Some friends and I joined a Community Health challenge and with the top prize being $1000, we are motivated to win it! So, for the next three months, I will not be doing anything that is not healthy for me. I will work out every day. I will detoxify my body. I will only eat things with nutritional value. In turn, I will also be revamping my spiritual life. I will become more disciplined in all aspects of my life, which will in turn make me a happy, healthier person. I will do whatever it takes to get out from underneath the shame of being overweight. I will be brutally honest with myself, but I WILL NOT DISCOURAGE myself when something doesn't go my way. I am going to lose 60 pounds by June. This will not be an easy feat, but I will persevere. I am trusting God to be my strength when I don't think I can do it anymore. I'm going to resist the desire to eat "one more cookie" and will instead train my body to crave the things that are good for me.

Food Journal for Day One:

Breakfast - Bowl of Granola with 1% Milk & One glass of water
Lunch - Mixed green salad with walnuts & cranberries and toasted sesame dressing
Dinner - Roasted Balsamic Chicken with steamed lemon broccoli and spinach salad with honey mustard dressing

So far I've downed three of my glasses of water. I am going to work out in about an hour. I haven't felt hungry, and I'm not overly tired like I usually am.
